Group Classes

Group Fitness classes "Boot Camp" are held every Wednesday at 6am and Saturday at 9am. We incorporate a variety of workouts and every class is different.  Body weight, calisthenics, resistance training, flexibility, endurance, and strength training, are all incorporated during each of our classes.
