When I was 8 years old, my grandfather was told he had diabetes. After passing away in a diabetic coma when I was 18, I realized how essential fitness and nutrition is for well-being and decided to dedicate my life to making sure that no one would lose their loved one like I lost mine, My grandfather was an amazing man. For him to be taken away from me at such an early age because of poor health, poor nutrition, and poor exercise was not fair, and I made it my mission to ensure that the rest of my family did not end up that way.
After graduating from Portland State in 2011 with a degree in Kinesiology I became a ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. While attending college I started doing fitness modeling for Nike, Adidas, became a brand ambassador for Bowflex and Panthera, and had an acting role on Portlandia as a Personal Trainer.
My style of training focuses on combinations of weight training, strength training & conditioning, plyometrics, endurance training, and circuit training. I personalize all of my training programs to fit each individual’s fitness level and offer nutritional guidance that leads to a long-lasting lifestyle transformation.

I work with all types of clients of any age and skill level and am motivated each day by helping others transform their bodies.
